1. 30-Day Return Window
You have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- It must have all original tags still attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return Process

5. Product Damages and Issues

Please share a clear photo or video of the damage along with your order number so we can arrange a proper replacement return for you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any clothing or footwear that shows signs of wear, outdoor use, or missing original brand tags.
- Intimate items, pierced earrings, and hair accessories.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still fulfill all the conditions mentioned in Section 2 (unworn, with tags, and original packaging).
