5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Within the European Union (EU): Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import tariffs.
- International Shipments (Outside EU): Adora Fashion Mi is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, local taxes, or brokerage charges applied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to a missing, incorrect, or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an address issue, any additional reshipping fees will be billed to the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos immediately, and reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a claim with the courier.
