Refund Policy

At Adora Fashion Mi, we want to ensure a transparent and fair refund process for all our customers. This policy outlines how and when refunds are processed once a return is approved.

1. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  • To be approved, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Approved Refunds & Timeline

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund amount will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).

  • Timeline: It usually takes 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Costs

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Purchases made via gift cards cannot be refunded as cash; the balance will be credited back to a gift card.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return process once the package arrives.
